Child Safety Standards

This Child Safety Standards page is published by Judemy Ltd for JumyDate. It is intended to meet Google Play Child Safety Standards requirements for apps that may involve user-generated content or communication, including dating apps that are designed only for adults. The presence or absence of child users does not remove this obligation.

1) Scope and who this covers

These standards apply to every person who uses JumyDate, attempts to create an account, uploads content, sends a message or call, posts a status, or otherwise interacts with the service. They also apply to anyone who contacts Judemy Ltd about JumyDate child-safety issues, including parents, guardians, users, and third parties.

JumyDate includes profiles, photos, Discover, Encounters, likes, matches, chat, voice and video calls, status updates, and related features. All of those surfaces are covered.

These standards sit above ordinary dating-app etiquette. A violation here is treated as the most serious class of abuse on JumyDate. Commercial, “role-play,” “fantasy,” or “it was a joke” explanations do not excuse it.

2) Age restriction — 18 and older only

JumyDate is strictly 18+. We do not offer a children’s version, a teen mode, or any dating, messaging, or matching feature for minors.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, set up a profile, or use JumyDate.
• During setup you must confirm that you are 18 or older. A false confirmation is a material violation and is grounds for immediate permanent removal.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
• If we learn that an account belongs to, is controlled by, or is being used by a person under 18, we will disable it, remove associated content from public view, and delete or restrict the account data as required by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
• Do not upload photos, videos, or other media that depict anyone under 18, including family photos used as profile pictures, group photos, or “throwback” images of minors.
• Do not ask another user for proof that they are a minor, or for images of minors.

Adult-only positioning is not a substitute for this policy. JumyDate still maintains these Child Safety Standards, reporting paths, and enforcement procedures.

3) Prohibited child-safety conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on JumyDate and in any communication about JumyDate. Attempting, requesting, planning, encouraging, or sharing these things is enough. You do not have to complete the act.

• Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, generated, illustrated, animated, or AI-created sexual content involving anyone under 18, or anyone who is depicted or described as under 18.
• Grooming: building trust or a relationship with a minor, or with a person believed to be a minor, for sexual purposes.
• Sexual exploitation of minors, including asking for, offering, trading, or paying for sexual images, videos, or acts involving a minor.
• Sextortion: threatening to share sexual images or other intimate information to coerce a minor, or anyone, especially where a minor is involved.
• Trafficking or arranging travel, meetings, or payments for the sexual exploitation of a minor.
• Sexual or romantic content involving minors, including messages, captions, role-play, “age play,” “teen” sexual framing, or claims that a user or a depicted person is under 18.
• Using JumyDate to find, contact, or advertise minors.
• Impersonating a minor, or asking another adult to pretend to be a minor, for sexual purposes.
• Linking off-platform to CSAM, CSAE, or any service whose purpose is sexual content involving minors.
• Interfering with an investigation, deleting evidence after being asked to preserve it by a lawful authority, or retaliating against someone who reported a child-safety concern.

We interpret this list broadly. If conduct is sexually exploitative toward a child, or would put a child at risk, it is banned even if it is not named in the bullets above.

4) CSAM prohibition and handling

CSAM is illegal and forbidden on JumyDate. Users must not upload, store, send, request, generate, or link to CSAM. Do not email CSAM to Judemy Ltd. If you need to report CSAM, describe what you saw, where you saw it (username, chat, photo, status), and when. Do not forward the files.

When a report or review indicates possible CSAM, Judemy Ltd will:

• restrict or remove the content from public and in-app view as quickly as practicable;
• disable or lock involved accounts where appropriate;
• preserve relevant records as required for a lawful investigation;
• report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law, which may include the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and/or local law enforcement; and
• not return CSAM to the reporting user or circulate it internally beyond staff who need it to complete the review and any required report.

We do not host, recommend, or provide access to CSAM. We do not allow appeals that ask us to restore CSAM or to keep an account that was used to share it.

5) How we try to prevent harm

JumyDate and Judemy Ltd use a combination of product rules and human review, including:

• an 18+ eligibility confirmation at account setup;
• optional face verification that can be used to refuse, suspend, or delete accounts that appear to belong to minors;
• in-app reporting from profiles, Discover, Encounters, and chats;
• blocking, unmatching, and conversation controls so users can cut off contact;
• moderation review of user reports and, where we have a good-faith reason, related profile, photo, or communication signals;
• account action ranging from warning to permanent ban; and
• this public policy, plus Terms and Privacy, so users and reviewers know the rules.

No dating app can guarantee that every person is truthful. These measures reduce risk. They do not replace reporting. If something looks underage or exploitative, report it.

6) How to report

Google Play requires an in-app way to submit concerns. JumyDate also accepts reports by email. Use whichever path you can reach fastest.

In the JumyDate app

• Open the other person’s profile, Discover card, Encounters card, or chat thread.
• Use the menu and choose Report.
• Select a reason and add what you saw, including usernames and approximate time.
• You may also Block the person so they cannot keep contacting you.

You do not have to leave the app to file a report against another user. For general safety questions you can also email us from the in-app Contact / support path.

By email — child-safety designated contact

For child-safety, CSAE, CSAM, underage accounts, grooming, or trafficking concerns, email the designated contact:

Put Child safety or CSAM in the subject line. Include:

• your JumyDate username or account email, if you have one;
• the reported username or profile;
• what happened, when, and on which screen (profile, chat, status, call);
• whether you believe a minor is involved, and any age information you have;
• screenshots that do not contain CSAM.

General product support remains [email protected]. Child-safety reports sent there are still reviewed and can be escalated to [email protected].

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Then tell us so we can disable accounts and preserve what the law allows us to keep.

7) Review, enforcement, and timelines

Judemy Ltd reviews child-safety reports as a priority. We aim to begin review of a credible CSAE or underage report within 24 hours of receipt, and sooner when the report indicates ongoing harm. Complex cases may take longer if we need more information or a lawful request from authorities.

Where a violation is confirmed or we have a good-faith belief that these standards were broken, we may:

• remove content;
• limit features (chat, likes, visibility);
• suspend or permanently ban accounts;
• refuse new accounts from the same person;
• preserve records for investigations; and
• report to authorities as required.

We may act on a single report. We do not require a court order to remove prohibited child-safety content or to ban an account that we reasonably believe is used by a minor or to exploit a minor.

Users who submit a report may receive a brief confirmation when we have an email address. We will not share another user’s private data, the status of a law-enforcement referral, or CSAM. Repeat false reports made in bad faith may themselves lead to enforcement.

8) Reports to authorities

Confirmed CSAM, and other child-exploitation conduct that we are legally required to report, will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Depending on where Judemy Ltd operates and where the conduct occurred, that may include NCMEC, equivalent national hotlines, and local or national law enforcement.

We may also disclose limited account information when required by law or when we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm to a child. See our Privacy Policy.

9) Cooperation and preservation

Judemy Ltd will cooperate with valid legal process relating to child-safety investigations. We may preserve relevant logs, account identifiers, and report metadata for a period needed to complete our review and any required referral. We do not provide a public archive of CSAM. Staff access is limited to people who handle safety, engineering, or legal response.

10) Designated child-safety contact

Google Play requires a person who can speak to JumyDate’s CSAE prevention, enforcement, and review procedures and who can take action when necessary.

Use [email protected] for Play Child Safety Standards questions, law-enforcement outreach that is not served by other legal process, and user reports of CSAE or underage use. This contact is authorized to escalate bans, content removal, and required reporting.

12) Updates to this page

Judemy Ltd may update these Child Safety Standards as laws, Play requirements, or JumyDate features change. The “Last updated” date at the top is the current version. Continued use of JumyDate after an update means you are expected to follow the new standards.
