Delete your JumyDate account

To delete your JumyDate account, email [email protected] from the same email address used on the account.

Include

• Subject: JumyDate account deletion
• Your username
• A sentence that you want the account permanently deleted

What we delete

We remove your profile from Discover and Encounters and delete or anonymize personal data we hold, including profile details, photos we host, likes you sent, face-verification files, and coin records, except limited records we must keep for safety or law (see the Privacy Policy).

What may remain

• Messages you already sent may stay in the other person’s inbox until they delete them
• Backup copies can take a short extra period to expire

You can also start deletion from Account settings in the app when that button is enabled.
