Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of JumyDate (a Judemy product). Related policies: Privacy Policy and Child Safety Standards.

1) Who we are

JumyDate is a Judemy dating app for adults who want respectful connections — browsing people nearby, liking and matching, chatting, calling, and posting status updates.

2) Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your country.
• You confirm your age during setup. Lying about your age is grounds for immediate removal.
• One person may not run multiple accounts to evade a ban, a block, or a safety review.

3) Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password and any chat PIN secret. Tell us if you think someone else is using your account. We may require email verification before some features work.

4) Profile and content

You grant Judemy a limited license to host and display the photos, bio, and other content you upload so the service can work. You must own or have rights to that content. Do not post someone else’s photos without permission. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

5) Matching and messaging

Likes, Super Likes, and matches do not guarantee a relationship. Message requests may be limited (including free daily limits and coin costs). The other person can ignore, decline, block, or report you. Do not harass anyone who has not agreed to talk.

6) Calls and status

Voice and video calls are between consenting adults. Do not record a call if that is illegal where you or the other person is located. Status updates must follow the same content rules as your profile.

7) Verification

Face verification is optional but may be required for a verification badge or for safety reviews. It confirms a live person is using the camera. It is not a government identity check. Trying to spoof the camera check can get the account banned.

8) Coins

Coins are a digital extra inside JumyDate. They have no cash value outside the app and are generally not refundable except where an app store or local law requires it. Features and prices can change.

9) AI features

JudeMind suggestions are optional and may be inaccurate. You remain responsible for anything you post or send after using AI help.

10) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use JumyDate if you are under 18, or involve anyone under 18 in any romantic, sexual, or exploitative way
• Engage in child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), share or request child sexual abuse material (CSAM), groom, sextort, traffic, or create sexual content involving minors — see our Child Safety Standards
• Post illegal, violent, hateful, or sexually exploitative content
• Scam, catfish, impersonate, or solicit money under false pretenses
• Spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Share other people’s private information without consent
• Use the app for prostitution ads or illegal commercial sex where prohibited

11) Safety

Meet offline only if you choose to, and use your own judgment. JumyDate does not conduct criminal background checks on every user. Use block and report. We may suspend accounts that put others at risk.

Child sexual abuse and exploitation, CSAM, grooming, and underage use are banned. How to report, how we review, and how we refer confirmed CSAM to authorities are set out in the JumyDate Child Safety Standards. If those standards conflict with a general rule here, the Child Safety Standards control.

12) Intellectual property

The JumyDate name, design, and software belong to Judemy Ltd. You keep ownership of your profile content; we only host it to provide the service.

13) Availability

Features such as Bond communities, events, hangouts, places, ads removal, and some privacy controls may be marked coming soon. We can change, pause, or discontinue features.

14) Disclaimers and liability

JumyDate is provided “as is.” We do not promise that you will meet someone or that every profile is accurate. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Judemy is not liable for disputes between users, offline meetings, or indirect damages. Some places do not allow these limits.

15) Termination

You may stop using JumyDate and request account deletion. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms or create safety risk.
